A: No worries. You don't need any martial arts experience to start Jeet Kune Do training. That's our job' to train you in the technical and philosophical knowledge that was studied and taught by Bruce Lee during his lifetime. The system is designed to take people with no previous experience and bring them to a level of proficiency, confidence and self-knowledge.
A: While the classes can be challenging and physically demanding at times, you do not need to get in shape first. Jeet Kune Do is designed for everyone, regardless of fitness level. In fact, taking classes is the best way to get into shape. Our class format is created to push students but also allow them to progress and reach their goals at a pace they feel comfortable with.
A: Safety is our top priority so not only is our facility safe, we also help you build a strong foundation before you climb the Jeet Kune Do ladder, so to speak. You decide when and how far you want to progress and what intensity you want. Everyone here is very supportive and helpful in training.

I've been coming to Just Train for a little over 2 years now, and I can't put enough emphasis on how much it has changed my life for the better. From losing weight and looking better, to building the confidence that eluded me for so long. Just Train is a one of the kind place with very knowledgeable and kind instructors. The Gym has a wide array of classes and disciplines and is great for people of all experience levels. As others have said, this is a fantastic martial arts/fitness facility. I can't say enough about how fun and inviting the environment is. I have been taking Jeet Kune Do for a couple of months and I am definitively hooked. The instructors are all truly masters of their craft, but also excel in their roles as teachers. Whether you are interested in the martial arts or the fitness classes, you will work hard, but will enjoy every minute of it.
This is an awesome place to work out. The trainers are great no matter which of the classes you take. They offer several varieties of fitness classes aimed at getting you to be your best you. They always have a modification if you have a bad knee, back, etc. so don’t let that stop you from coming in. Sometimes I’ve had a bad day but I go anyway as I know I’ll feel better mentally and physically when I get done. This isn’t one of those muscle gyms where you are intimidated by people who have been going awhile. Here, everyone is friendly and wants to see you succeed as much as they have. Look forward to seeing you on the mat!
One of the best martial arts places around! Four different types of martial arts along with kickboxing, body forge, and primal conditioning. There is an upstairs along with a downstairs training and also outside as well when the weather is nice.
