I've been coming to Just Train for a little over 2 years now, and I can't put enough emphasis on how much it has changed my life for the better. As others have said, this is a fantastic martial arts/fitness facility. I can't say enough about how fun and inviting the environment is. I have been taking Jeet Kune Do for a couple of months and I am definitively hooked. The instructors are all truly masters of their craft, but also excel in their roles as teachers. Whether you are interested in the martial arts or the fitness classes, you will work hard, but will enjoy every minute of it.

This is an awesome place to work out. The trainers are great no matter which of the classes you take. They offer several varieties of fitness classes aimed at getting you to be your best you. They always have a modification if you have a bad knee, back, etc. so don’t let that stop you from coming in. Sometimes I’ve had a bad day but I go anyway as I know I’ll feel better mentally and physically when I get done. This isn’t one of those muscle gyms where you are intimidated by people who have been going awhile. Here, everyone is friendly and wants to see you succeed as much as they have. Look forward to seeing you on the mat!

One of the best martial arts places around! Four different types of martial arts along with kickboxing, body forge, and primal conditioning. There is an upstairs along with a downstairs training and also outside as well when the weather is nice.
