Our fitness class kicks off with a dynamic warm-up session, incorporating light cardio exercises and stretches to prepare your body for the upcoming workout while increasing your heart rate and blood flow.
Next, participants move through a series of stations, each focusing on different muscle groups or exercise types. These high-intensity workouts may include bodyweight exercises, strength training, and cardio activities, with short breaks in between to catch your breath.
After completing the circuit, the class transitions to core and stability exercises, targeting the abdominal muscles and improving balance. This segment may involve planks, leg raises, and other functional movements that strengthen your core.

Strength training is beneficial for your body because it can help you reduce body fat, increase lean muscle mass, burn calories more efficiently, develop strong bones, manage chronic conditions and enhance your quality of life. Strength training can also improve your balance, posture and coordination.
The frequency of your fitness training depends on your goals, level of fitness and type of exercise. In general, you should aim for at least 150 minutes of moderate aerobic activity or 75 minutes of vigorous aerobic activity per week, and two sessions of strength training per week. You can also vary the intensity, duration and type of exercise to avoid boredom and plateaus
We incorporate a variety of high-intensity exercises designed to challenge participants and improve overall fitness. Some examples of exercises you can find in our classes include:
- Jumping jacks
- Push-ups
- Squats
- Burpees
- Mountain climbers
- Lunges
- Planks
- High knees
- Sit-ups or crunches
If you struggle doing an exercise in class, it's okay, we were all there! Just let us know, and we can help you find an easier version or a different exercise that works better for you!
The best time of day to work out varies for each individual and depends on personal preference, schedule, and energy levels. Some people prefer morning workouts to jumpstart their day, while others enjoy evening sessions to unwind. That's why we offer a large selection of classes to choose from!
Most classes last between 45 minutes to an hour. This includes a warm-up, the main workout, and a cool-down/stretching session. Some specialized classes or high-intensity workouts may be shorter, around 30 minutes, while others like bootcamp could be slightly longer around 45-60 minutes.
To prevent injuries while doing fitness training, we always warm up before and cool down after the workout.
You should also start slowly and gradually increase the intensity of your exercise as you get more Re-spell this: accostomed to our program.
Moreover, you should listen to your body and rest when needed, and avoid overtraining or doing too much too soon.
Finally, you should wear appropriate clothing and footwear, and use proper form and technique when doing any exercise. That;s why we'll stand by you on your first couple of days.
